GCREA presents this award to a member

of GCREA who has shown exemplary

volunteerism to the community throughout the year.

Emeritus Membership

GCREA recognizes as Emeritus Members

those members who have reached 90 years of age or more.  All Emeritus Members are recognized during a designated program meeting each year. 

Leadership Award

GCREA presents this award to a member in years when the organization wants to honor exemplary leadership in the local

organization, the state organization,

or in community leadership.

Scholarship Awards 

GCREA awards three types of Scholarships each year.

  • Student Scholarship 

  • Teacher Scholarships 

  • College Scholarship
